Nova Electromechanical Works L.L.C was appointed as the MEP contractor for the JLT Office Fit-Out at Cluster W, Office 2906, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The project involved a complete interior fit-out for a premium corporate office space with a strong focus on execution speed, technical integration, and compliance.

The electrical scope included spot, pendant, and LED strip lighting, switches, 13A sockets, floor boxes, DBs, FCU/FACP power, HDMI and thermostat outlets, motorized curtains, Cat-6 cabling, DEWA approvals, and final testing and certification.
The HVAC scope covered 3 FCUs (Carrier/York), CHW piping with insulation, PICV valves, acoustic ducting, air diffusers, exhaust and fresh air ducting, and air balancing.
The plumbing works included UPVC drainage, PPR/PEX water supply lines, a 50L Ariston water heater, and full gravity and pressure testing.

Preliminaries included site mobilization, scaffolding, safety induction, tool delivery, and full MEP shop drawing submission.
Executed in just 3–4 months, the project demonstrates Nova’s end-to-end MEP capabilities in high-end corporate interiors.
