Nova Electromechanical Works L.L.C successfully delivered the complete MEP works for Unit A 806 Office Fit-Out in Dubai, UAE, within a 3-month fast-track timeline. The project involved managing both full-scope MEP installations and integration of client-supplied materials in a modern corporate workspace.

The electrical scope included installation of client-supplied lighting, switches, and sockets; supply and installation of DBs, isolators, power provisions for FCUs, AV, IT systems, and motorized curtains; low current containment, Cat-6 data cabling, testing, and DEWA approvals.
The HVAC scope included CHW piping, ducting, FCUs, VAVs, valves, grills, diffusers, exhaust fans, thermostats, condensate drainage, and air balancing.
The plumbing scope covered water supply (PPR/PEX), drainage (UPVC), 50L water heater, kitchen sink piping, under-counter pump, and full testing and commissioning.

Preliminaries included site mobilization, safety inductions, MEP coordination, and full shop drawings for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.

This project featured work zones like workstations, pantry, server room, toilets, and ceiling voids, and demonstrated Nova’s ability to manage both client-supplied materials and complete MEP delivery with authority-compliant execution.
