Nova Electromechanical Works L.L.C was appointed as the MEP contractor for the Core42 Office Fit-Out at TwoFour54, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, for Core42 – a G42 company. The project involved a high-end corporate interior fit-out delivered on a fast-track basis with a strong focus on coordination and compliance.

The electrical scope included lighting and power systems, DBs, SMDB, sockets, structured cabling, power for IT systems, motorized blinds, and FCU connections. The HVAC scope covered FCUs, VAVs, chilled water piping, ducting, grilles, diffusers, and thermostats to ensure optimal thermal comfort. The plumbing scope consisted of drainage systems, water supply, floor traps, a 50L water heater, and pressure testing.

Nova also managed site mobilization, shop drawings, and full coordination with DEWA and Civil Defense authorities. The project served several internal zones including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, corridors, and equipment rooms.

Completed in just 3 months, this project demonstrated Nova’s capability in executing technically demanding MEP works within tight deadlines while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards in a modern office environment.
