Operational Controls
All suppliers and subcontractors registered with Nova undergo thorough
evaluations for each project they undertake, ensuring consistent quality and
adherence to our standards. Each supplier and subcontractor is prequalified
and subject to regular assessments of their technical expertise and financial
stability to maintain our commitment to excellence and reliability..
Process Controls
Process Controls, inspection and testing form part of the continuous
monitoring & quality assurance system. Stringent tests are
conducted to control non-confirming products, & systems are in
place to ensure corrective and preventative action, complying with
ISO 9001 requirements.
Support & Customer Service
Our Sales / Engineering representatives are able to attend officers regularly
to discuss and advise on specific applications that arise. Nova has a support /
service network in the entire U.A.E that can react to site issues and attend
site to asses these issues within 24 hours. We stock normal spares parts that
can be delivered to site within 48 hours. We are prepared to prov ide ex
tended warranties in certain areas. We can provide focused training
packages to support client for specification, Installation, commissioning of
projects.
Quality Management & Control
Our purchasing procedures ensure that suppliers of products are identified
and continually monitored to guarantee reliable material sourcing. Constant
inspections are done at suppliers’ sites to reinforce this.
Project Management, Reporting, Monitoring & Handover
Regular and documented site visits to review progress of installation and
commissioning. Project schedule coordination, troubleshooting and “action”
lists, correspondence and reports regarding general and subcontractor
performance, recording, reporting and correction of deficiencies, fine tuning
of project with owner, contractor and consultants, follow up assessment
report to owner, handover to owner.
